Congratulations, Mrs. Harms!

Mrs. Kathleen Harms was initially admitted to the hospital in September of 2024 for altered mental status. Mrs. Kathleen Harms admitted to our facility and began rehab services after a one-week course at the hospital. Initially she needed assistance with her daily self-care tasks, standing, and getting out of bed.

Now, after a month of working hard with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, Mrs. Harms is independent with all mobility and beginning the process to discharge to a more independent setting closer to family! The rehab team along with staff at Riverside has enjoyed watching her progress and will miss her waving “hi” during her morning and afternoon stroll throughout the facility.
